Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. 

All items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Some of our products offer free shipping, and our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returns will be inspected before issuing credit. Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another item.

Here’s how to return something

Step 1:

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. KD Healthcare Solutions will not accept returns of any type without an RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when calling to get an RMA number issued to you: 

  • Customer name, 
  • Invoice number, 
  • Product SKU number, and
  • Problem with the product

Step 2:

If you paid with a credit card, your account would be credited back the amount of the purchase once the product has been received at our office. Items in stock will be credited back the amount of the purchase once the product has been received. Dropship items can take 2-6 weeks to process the refund.

Step 3:

On all product returns, you are responsible for arranging the shipment of the product back to our warehouse. You may use UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier.

Step 4:

If you are returning an item that is defective or shipped in error by KD Healthcare Solutions, we apologize for your inconvenience. We will reimburse you for the delivery costs and the cost of shipping the product back to us. You are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense for any other return.

Terms & Policies

We reserve the right to adjust all prices and products due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, or typographical errors in advertisements. KD Healthcare Solutions is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur without notice. Footrests or leg rests are not included with wheelchairs unless specified.

Please keep all packing material and documentation if your equipment has to be serviced or returned.

KD Healthcare Solutions will accept some defective products for credit, exchange, or repair at KD Healthcare Solutions’s discretion within 30 days from the invoice date. After 30 days, the manufacturer’s warranty applies.

Some non-defective products may be returned for credit or exchange. Those returns authorized by KD Healthcare Solutions are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% and must be completed within 30 days of the invoice date. 

All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

KD Healthcare Solutions reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, a credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY.


Customers will be charged for shipping fees associated with unauthorized returns that must be redirected to KD Healthcare Solutions’s warehouse location.

Some products, such as pillows, cushions, personal care products, etc., may not be returned due to hygiene issues. Due to manufacturers’ return policies, titanium wheelchairs, custom wheelchairs, and other equipment may be returned to KD Healthcare Solutions for repairs only – no refunds or exchanges can be made.

Non-Returnable Items

Your happiness is important to us, yet due to the hygiene nature of certain of our products, many of our products must be non-returnable. The items listed below are non-returnable:

  • All hygienic items.
  • Opened personal care items.
  • Anything opened, used, or tried on.
  • All customized items.
  • Items that have the “non-returnable” phrase on the website.
