The shipping options displayed during checkout are based on the items in your shopping cart. Shipping options may vary depending on items or combinations of purchases. Some flammable products may be ineligible for expedited shipping methods. We reserve the right to choose the appropriate carrier based on customer needs, cost, and delivery schedules.
Possible Delivery Carriers
You will be provided with several shipping options during checkout, some specific to certain delivery carriers. Some products are being shipped directly from the product manufacturer, in which case, we do not control the delivery carrier they select.

Economy Shipping 7—10 Business Days
Most orders shipped Economy will arrive within 7—10 business days for in-stock items. This does not include order processing time. Please see the estimated order processing time on the product page.
USPS mail service is required to be eligible for Economy Shipping. If you do not receive mail at your shipping address by a USPS Letter Carrier, your shipment will be returned to us as undeliverable.
Standard Shipping 3—5 Business Days
Most orders shipped Standard Ground will arrive within 3—5 business days for in-stock items. This does not include order processing time. Please see the estimated order processing time on the product page.
Expedited Shipping 1—3 Business Days
Most expedited orders placed before 1 PM EST for in-stock items will arrive within 1—3 business days for in-stock items. This does not include order processing time. Please see the estimated order processing time on the product page.
We charge sales tax for shipments where required by law.
Additional Shipping Information:
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST Friday will be processed on Monday.
- KD Healthcare Solutions does not ship any product outside the United States and its territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO and AEO addresses.
- We know that you are eager to receive your order and may have chosen a faster shipping method, but please remember that this will only affect when your package arrives after it leaves our warehouse.
Estimated time to ship reflects order processing time, not delivery time. Total time to delivery depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Damaged Goods/Short Shipments
Damaged parcels or short shipments must be reported within five days of receipt. Note any damage or poor box conditions when signing for packages. If the shipment arrives damaged or with parts missing, contact the carrier immediately. Be sure to save product packaging. All shipping charges and risk of loss are F.O.B. shipping points and are the purchaser’s responsibility.
